Null payment

I made a payment to a NULL PayPal/email account - shows NULL payment in my register - how do I cancel and return to my PayPal account ?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

Was able to cancel but where is the dollars ? PayPal account does not indicate the balance but the register shows credit for cancelled payment - does credit go to my PayPal account or back to prepaid debt card ?

If you funded the original Paypal payment with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that depends a lot on what country you are in.
