Not receiving payment

Hello all,

I have recently sold an item on this trusted resale website called "Stockx"

However I am due to receive my payout for the product I sold, however it seems to fail.

I have inputed the correct paypal email address, and I am able to receive funds from other companies on my paypal address so nothing wrong there,

however I fail to receive funds from Stockx. They told me it was an issue with my paypal account.

Please help

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
