Hi. I just set up a new paypal for my new etsy shop. But buyers have not been able to proceed with their orders. Its says: Oh dear, there seems to be an issue with your payment. There was an error submitting your order to paypal. Please give it another shot Etsy support directed me to Paypal. Any idea why this is happening?
