We are sorry to hear that you have trouble sending the payment to Epic games. Generally, payments may be stopped for different reasons. Please make sure that your account is in good standing and is verified. To verify your PayPal account you simply need to confirm your bank/card, here you can find more details: Confirm card and Confirm Bank account.
Payments can often be also blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. The best thing to do in this case will be to try the payment again at a later time.
