New to PayPal , need some help

Hello to everyone , I just need some answers, okay . So I tried to buy a phone with Shpock app , i speak with the guy , he said he is fine using PayPal so I said it’s safe , it’s my first time using PayPal , I send the money with goods and services but the payment was processed by echeck and it said it will took like 7 days , I couldn’t cancel the payment and he said he couldn’t aswell , he sold the phone days after , and here I am 10 days later , the payment is still pending and my money was taken from my account , what I can do ?

Ask seller to issue a refund from within the transaction once payment clears. If they don't respond or refuse, you may file a dispute:

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click "Report a problem”. 
3. Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.

How do I get my PayPal details? Please can someone here me out. I haven't received any confirmation code from PayPal
