I have opened a new business account to accept payments by credit card on my website. This is for a wedding venue services business.
Customers cannot pay more than $100 using their credit card. If they try a higher amount it gets declined. I have confirmed it's not their credit card limit or anything on the credit card side.
Has anyone else experienced this. Does anyone know what's causing it. The paypal customer support cannot figure it out yet because they see the account in good standing with no unresolved issues.
