Never received my daughter TRansfer to my paypal acct

On 4/26, my daughter 'sent me a transfer'. As of 5/6, I have not received it. Paypal keeps telling my daughter, its a BUSY transfer time. On my daughter papal. it says completed. My balance shows 0.00.

Who should my daughter contact to get a better answer? I think they money is just LOST. I confirmed my email is the email she sent it to. She had payapl funds to send.

1. Double check the email address she sent the funds to and make sure there was not a spelling error or a misplaced dot etc.

2. Could it be this new policy?
