Hi there. I am trying to make a preapproved payment to Netflix and the above message appears always.
"The pre-approved payments could not be set at this time. Return to the vendor page and select another payment method."
How to solve this problem?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
