My balance ON HOLD was 38,000 and a customer said they never received the goods so they cancelled and my balance ON HOLD went down to 23,000
NOW Paypal demand 15,000 as a negative balance - but I never got the money so HOW IS THAT? I never received the 15,000 you would think they would deduct 15,000 from the ON HOLD 38,000 (which they have also done). So they want me to lose 15,000 x TWO?
