NO reactivate button for reactivating an inactive pre-approved payment!

So I'm trying to reactivate a discord automatic payment I made inactive a couple months ago.. after following the steps:Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the Gear near the top right of the page.
Click Payments.
Click "Manage pre-approved payments".
Click the name of the customer whose profile you want to reactivate.
Click Reactivate.

There is NO Reactivate button. I have tried on Macbook: Chrome and Safari on PC: Chrome. IE and Edge. The section can be selected.. as a box appears BUT there is no button. Did someone forget the code to add it? 😕

If you contact PayPal help, they tell you how to make an automatic payment inactive. No help at all!
