My refund from JetBlue sent April 3, has a strikethough line through it on PayPay dated April 7, and no one seems to know why. I have called and emailed JetBlue twice, they say they cannot cancel a refund once it is sent. PayPal just keeps telling me to call JetBlue.
There are a few of us now that have this problem. I have exhausted every way to get both companies to understand that I did not get refunded. PayPal just had to look up credits in our accounts to see that we were all not refunded. I have written to the PayPal dispute department and they don’t even acknowledge the letter. If you have any luck, let all of us on this feed know. Interestingly enough, this is a PayPal feed and they still don’t care enough to assist us.
