I swear and everything I love PayPal the most difficult unreal account I've ever dealt with my phone number is in my name my account addresses are the same name nor the same verify phone numbers and it's saying this number is not accepted it will not let me send money or transfer any funds to my bank account or my other bank cards I can't even send my kids money I don't understand what the issue is I tried fixing everything I even tried going to my phone carrier and making sure the address in my name and everything was the same I don't understand what's wrong I still cannot access my funds this is ridiculous so my funds are just being held and I can't even do that I want to do with them I even sent them my ID my birth certificate my social security card that I emailed it in that got verified how much verification they need I did everything it's just one thing after another

@TamiyaRay88

Is it a mobile and not landline phone as only the former is now used for i.d. verification?

Is it a phone issued in the U.S?

Is it registered in your name only?

Have you verified it after adding it as per link?

This is beginning to look to me to be a PayPal feature, not a bug. I'm easily finding hundreds of customers with same issue. Convenient way for PayPal to earn interest on our money for as long as possible. Every time I try to transfer money out it won't accept me cellular number and I have to wait until a real person can address the account lockout it generates and then wait another day or two before they actually initiate the transfer.
