My item not received and I refunded their money

Dear all, I have made a mistake on refunding the money but the buyer is not replying to my messages and has not given back my goods. This was sold on eBay, they claimed that they where not happy with my goods and asked for a refund. Can someone help

Sadly if you have refunded before waiting for the goods to be returned then no one can force the buyer to return them or pay you again unfortunately.
