I'm using Vietnamese bank with VND currency account. I was making a trial payment on and noticed will be charged 1USD for Preauthorisation, after the transaction went through there's a Paypal notif saying "Preauthorisation ₫24,042 VND" which is quite accurate for current rate. But what I'm actually charged from my bank notification is 35,000 VND.
I make purchases on foreign platforms and services all the time but there's no such big difference like this. Could anyone help me explain this? Thank you 🙂
