Hello community, I have a verified account, I added my bank account to it since I do not have a credit card. And transferred money to paypal and recieved it. But then, i am not able to use the money in purchase, i get the message: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay" It came on one website and thought it is the website's problem, so i tried with another, i got the same message. I had another paypal account which i closed (wish i hadn't) and now I am unable to pay for anything online. I contacted customer support by emailing them, but I either get the automated response, or nothing at all. It's been around 5 days or more. I needed it urgently and despite verifications still isn't working ?! Help?

Have you confirmed your bank account with the 4 digit code sent to that statement when you added it?
Does the bank account name match the name on your paypal account?
Have you used that bank account more than 3 times on other paypal accounts?

No codes were asked from paypal. They deducted 2 micropayments and asked about their amount in confirmation. Yes the name matches. Using the bank account for the first time.

They deducted 2 micropayments and asked about their amount in confirmation.
So did you enter the 2 micropayments ie 4 digit code next to the card in your paypal account?
