Can I send money to a hospital bank account in Costa rica Tia George

If the hospital has a PayPal account, you can PayPal them money but they probably won't be able to withdraw it unless they have a US bank account linked or use these withdraw services/bank: https://www.paypal.com/cr/webapps/mpp/withdraw-funds
