Money to Paypal Wallet / Account and Not Card

I was just wondering how do I make it so that I receive Money into the Paypal Account and not on my Card?
or is it only when I Pay with the Card and get a Refund or something that it goes back into my Card? - otherwise, it goes into my Paypal Account / Wallet?

Refunds go back to the source of the funded paypal payment, payments go in your balance.
