Money that cannot be acepted

Hi! I'm from Brazil and I created an US Paypal account.

I just got a payment and I cannot accept the money, because it says that I need an ITIN or a SSN and I dont. 

What can I Do with my cash?

So why would you open a U.S paypal account and not a Brazilian one?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

A U.S account will never work for you and you won't be able to access those funds.
