The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged. However money was still taken from my account.and no transaction appears on ebay or paypal. Please help

As the authorization was cancelled, the payment will not process through PayPal to the merchant. Please contact your bank, and advise them the order has been cancelled. They will be able to release the pending funds back into your bank account.
