My friend sent me $30 almost an hour and a half ago (she's sent me money before) and it shows "money received" and "Paid to Paypal Balance" and I did receive the email notification from Paypal that she sent this to me......but my Paypal Balance is still showing $0.00 ..........the $30 she sent to me is not being reflected in my Paypal balance. A different friend sent me $20 2 hours ago and there were no issues, the money went straight to my Paypal balance and I transferred it to my connected bank account. I don't understand why it appears to show I've received the $30 when in fact I have not, technically...because I obviously have no access to it (via my Paypal balance). Help?
