Money sent from abroad does not arrive

Hi,

Yesterday was the second time within a month that a client told me they had sent money, and there is no sign of it. The last time my client tried 4 times, and was charged 4 times (and also refunded after), until it finally showed up in my account. The first time I invoiced, and yesterday I used the PayPalMe feature. I am in the UK, and they are in Switzerland and Germany respectively. Has anyone experienced that?
