Money refunded

Hi, PayPal withdrew 28.16 from my account and I cancelled my order so I would like that amount refunded to my account. Thanks

Company refunded my 1.94USD and 14.36USD, but i dont yet see it in my card / bank account.

can you guys transfer it to my Paypal balance instead? theres probably an issue about refunding to my card since i clearly see the money isnt there yet, so i want it in my Paypal balance instead please.
