I wish I had advice. I’m a dying woman and I stare at my PayPal everyday all day praying for a way to access my money. We sold everything we had and after the 21 day hold PayPal then said we could transfer to use our money since it’s not on hold. But, since getting mew money is suspicious and transferring money is suspicious, we haven’t been able to use our money to shop, withdrawal or transfer. Security block they call it. App supervisors say they cannot override since we’ve been blocked and even though we verified our identity even in person once I had an ambulance take me to Walmart on a stretcher but the most we could get verifying in person is 500 a day and we need our 4700. I’m on day 3 without my medicine and I just hope justice prevails. I may not make it but please help my daughter.
