I have a balance in my Paypal account which I want to be paid to an NZ ban account. I have entered all details of my NZ Bank Account and double checked numbers and details. Paypal tells me the details are wrong. Money has been jammed in Paypal for 3 weeks now. This is unacceptable. Any practical advice please. There is no paypal helpline.
