Money already sent to me

Hi! Some friends have sent me money to my PayPal account and I am not able to use it. I see it sitting on my recent account activity but it doesn't seem to be usable for making payments/buying things and it has not been credited to my card that's linked to my account. HELP!!!! What do I do to get this money?

Is it showing in your paypal BALANCE and if so is it showing as pending or cleared.
