Missing orders

Hi

 

I'm new to PayPal. I know for a fact that an order has been placed on my company website and that the payment was approved by the customer and yet when I go to Paypal.com, there's no record of either the new transaction or the money in my account.

 

I'm guessing that the money needs to be "captured" by me to appear in my account but my question is, how do I know that a new payment's been made? Where can I see a list of transactions waiting for capture?

 

Potentially there could be hundreds of disappointed customers who've placed orders and now think they're being ignored...
