I AM A CUSTOMER OF PP. I HAVE NOT USED MY PP ACCOUNT FOR DIRECT PURCHASES OVER THE TELEPHONE. WHEN I CALL A MERCHANT, WHAT NUMBER DO I GIVE HER TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. I HAVE ONLY DONE THIS WITH CREDIT CARDS IN THE PAST. THANKS.
It is not possible to make payments over the phone with your PayPal account. If the merchant uses PayPal Here then you provide your card number to them over the phone.
