Lost 400 bucks between accounts

I was in the middle of switching my PayPal accounts and my boyfriend had some me $400 but it didn't go to the right PayPal account which was not activated so you guys owe me $400

What does it say next to the transaction in the senders paypal account ie pending / unclaimed or completed/sent?

How did he fund the paypal payment ie which funding souce?

Is it showing on your other paypal account? If so why can't you access it?
