I’m unable to transfer money to a friends and family, because site is not accepting my bank card when I’m prompted to enter it. Also, if I go in through the settings, it shows that I’ve got two cards linked to my account. One is the number I’m trying to add for a transfer (link), the other is a credit card. Within the last week, I’ve been able to use both these payment methods to transfer money on PayPal.
