Hello, I have recently signed up for paypal and verified email phone and credit card, even received money from two transactions. I decided to add paypal in my alibabacloud account to pay for PostPaid charges while keeping the balance in paypal and not in my credit card to avoid any unseen charges. When linking my PayPal account with AlibabaCloud, I get presented with following error:
Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time
If anyone else experienced same issue and somehow managed to resolve it please do let me know
AND before anyone tells me to go to manage automatic payment, then there is nothing there and I have already gone through every troubleshooting step that I know of
