How long does it take for a transaction to post to the PayPal acct? I paid something online and I wasn't sure if it went through so I checked the account and it's not posted yet I do not want pay it twice. Thanks

What kind of transaction is it? Purchase, refund, bank, credit card, personal or goods and services, etc. Need more info.
