Am experiencing eBay to PayPal payment issues, for the last 6 days now when I check out from eBay to pay using PayPal, it switches me to PayPal sebsite which asks me to login and after logging it gives me a message "things don't appear to be working properly at the moment, please try again later" and it stops my payments to the recipients, on ebay it keeps payment being processed or pending from the PayPal. Kindly help I have commitments to pay outstanding on eBay.
