Hello!
I am having issues with a United Airlines refund. They are saying that it was already refunded to my paypal account (but my old paypal account was closed prior to their refund.) The tickets were purchased with a bank account and it has been well over two months since the initail refund was "processed" according to United Airline's website. I have called United numerous times and asked for a transaction number referencing the refund and no one has been able to get that for me. Paypal says they have no refund and I've already called my bank and they don't have anything either. Both united and paypal just keep directing me to each other. Anyone have this issue as well or know of what I can do that might help?
