Recently I asked help from my neighbor to do some lawn mow work and I will pay some money for each service. However, today I noticed that I have been charged 10 dollars each time when I paid him via PayPal using my BOA credit card. I mean both of us are in the States and I am using BOA credit card, how should I be charged for 10$ each time? I saw many people as myself are having this issue but no response from PayPal. And the post even got achieved, is this how PayPal treat your customers?
