The purchase of a Youtube channel isn't something PayPal would cover, unfortunately. You may have to consider other options to complete this type of transaction. I'm not sure of the asking price for the channel, but if the cost is significant, you may want to consider drawing up a contract with signatures or create some sort of legal document for this person to sign in order to cover yourself.
