I made a payment and it shows pending but I need to proceed with it asap

Hi there,

 

I just made a payment with paypal. I have a notification that shows this payment is "pending" .

 

I need to get the payment through as soon as possible as it is a time sensitive payment. I need your help to make this happen. all the choices that I get when I look at the help menu or when I want to issue a ticket don't have the option that I need to process a pending payment.

 

What shall I do? Please urgently help.

Pending awaiting authorisation?

Pending / unclaimed?

Pending / unclaimed with a cancel option?

Pending with a clearance date?
