I didnt receive a payment that I was suppose to.

I was about to receive a amount from client in Paypal. But I received a email stating "Before we can deposit the funds to your account, we need bit more information about your account or recent transactions". There is no transaction in the Activity. But the client says they have transacted the amount. Please find the attached screenshot.  Payment on hold
