I did not recieve the money someone sent me.

Dear PayPal community,

 

I recently got sent some money to my PayPal balance but I never recieved it. Any payment sent to my correct email doesn't end up on my account anymore. I have screenshots of the screen of the other person etc. and I'm certain he sent me the money. 

 

Does any of you know an easy fix for a problem like this?

I'd be nice to know.

Presuming the email address the funds are sent to is correct, is confirmed and previously has no issue working, then some other unknown issue is at play here. Have transaction IDs, if any, on hand to provide PayPal with so they can investigate.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
