The PayPal system prevents me from using my PayPal balance to send money. Even though it reminds me that using my balance is cheaper than using linked bank cards; it only gives me the option of choosing between my two linked bank cards before I send money to a friend.
How can I activate an option that allows me to use my PayPal balance to send money to a friend?
