Hi - I have noticed a lot of people have asked the community this question. However there seems to not be any answer. I would like to stop this from happening. Is there any option fore a solution for this? This is not OK from Wish. PayPal must put an immediate stop to this.

When we buy online, the checkout system may set up billing agreements or automatic payments at your PayPal account. It is a feature for a more streamlined check out experience on future purchases if it is not a recurring payment or subscription. Therefore, when you buy something, you have to keep a keen eye on this and make sure to cancel it after your purchase is completed. During checkout, the screen should tell you this when it asks you to add a card or choose a back up so you can remember to cancel after checkout unless you want the merchant site to remember it. When you cancel, PayPal will notify you that you have canceled it.
To cancel it:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
