Buyer makes an offer on an item £1000
I accept the offer
Buyer pays through Paypal - as a eCheque
The £1000 (plus shipping totalling £1015) Shows on my Paypal account as PENDING
Buyer then changes his mind and cancels the order
I agree to the cancellation through Ebay
The cancellation happens.
The £1000 (plus shipping totalling £1015) STILL shows on my Paypal account as PENDING
There is no option on my Paypal account to REFUSE the payment
There is no option on the buyer's account to cancel the payment (At least that is what he says).
I have spoken with Ebay on the phone and they confirm that the sale has been cancelled, and I would see the Paypal payment removed.

I have contacted Paypal through their message centre, but have had no human response.
If I do nothing, then the amount will be automatically credited to my Paypal account within a few days.
Then the potential trouble begins!
Any suggestions as to what I can do from here?
