How to get payment in India?

I am from India and I want to sell digital products.

But I am facing problem in getting payment from my country.

When someone tries to pay with a debit card it shows "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."

Please help me to resolve the issue.

PayPal accounts in India that want to receive domestic payments need to go through a process.

I want to get payment in $ globally including India. Is it possible to get payment in $ in India?

If I use INR as a currency of payment then buyers from other countries will face a problem.

Help to resolve the issue.

PayPal accounts in India are limited to sending only INR payments between other PayPal accounts in India. USD payments cannot be sent between PayPal accounts in India.

PayPal accounts in India can receive payments in other currencies from PayPal accounts located outside of the country.
