How to change payments and eBay monthly billing to be paid from bank account instead of from PayPal

Payments from my selling are now going to my bank account instead of to PayPal, so my PayPal balance is very low. How can I have my Purchases and eBay monthly payments be paid from my bank account instead of from PayPal?

I have the same question. I kind of use my PayPal as a savings account. Id really rather not have my sales showing up on a bank statement
