How to block a user from sending you money?

Want to make sure a certain paypal user does not send me money......how?

Change your email address that identifies your paypal account to another that they do not know about?

Change your primary PayPal email address and remove the old one entirely from your account. It wouldn't stop the person from sending money to your old email address but at least it won't automatically go into your PayPal account. And after 30 days the money will return to the sender automatically or they can cancel the payment.
