I had set up a recurring payment for a subscription on a website and a new payment cycle was to start from yesterday i.e. 20th Nov. However, I forgot to cancel it and could only do it by 21st creating a one day overdue. Luckily I didn't get charged because I had no funds in Paypal balance and my card most probably declined the recurring payment. But now I am seeing an Outstanding Balance for that particular subscription and cannot find any way to resolve it. Also, if it helps, my paypal balance isn't negative as I had hoped it would be reading through similar incidents. Speaking as of now, my subscription and payment both stand cancelled on the merchant website and Paypal but I can still see an Outstanding Balance warning on Paypal right beside the payment profile. Any help is appreciated.
