How do I cancel my pre-approved payments (reoccurring)?

How do I cancel my previously pre-approved automatic payments? 

I was sent an email from PayPal that gave instructions as to how to do this, but the steps that they gave are all wrong. Thank you in advance.

I found it!

Like I mentioned in my post, PayPal did NOT give proper instructions. I hope the following will help:

Go to the upper right corner and click on the gear symbol. (It is Settings)

Then, go to 'Money, Banks and Credit Cards"

Scroll down to "Set Automatic Payments" button

Then, you'll see "My Approved Payments"

It is in that section, that you will see your automatic payments. You can click on the "Cancel" button to stop.
