How can I speak to an assistant

I need to speak to an assistant. I have paid twice for the same item in 4 transactions, and I can't get help from PayPal. They took out payment from my paypal account and my bank account for the same items, so I paid twice. The assistant that messaged me never got back to me and it's been 2 days now. He just up and stopped and didn't help me. Of course you can't speak to anyone, so how can I get my money back?
