Hold of payment

My payment says it's been received but is on hold. They have received their item, but is unable to confirm it on PayPal. How can it be confirmed so my payment can be released. When go to resolution center it tells me to id my self and when it ask for my phone numbers it says that the number doesn't belong to me. I even have the number confirmed on my account.

Please try to reach us through the help & contact link at the bottom of any PayPal page and select the option available.

There are several reasons why a payment to a seller will be put on hold. Check below article for further details. Instead of waiting 21 days of hold, ask you buyer to Confirm Receipt of the item just follow the steps provided in the article below. Once the buyer is done confirming the receipt the balance will be release automatically to the seller.
