Hit order button by mistake, how do I cancel the transaction? In pending status.

I can’t get a response from Company. I hit the order button by mistake, still in the pending status. How do I get this canceled?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

So you need to contact the company to cancel so that they don't process the payment. 

If they do then you may have paypal buyer protection for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
