I filed a dispute and the dispute came back in my favor and PayPal gave me my money but they didn’t give me the right amount at all and the claim even says what i got but it doesn’t show in my account and when I call I can’t get through

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
